A typical profile extrusion line consists of the extruder (housing a motor-driven screw to melt and convey polymer), the extrusion die (shaping molten material into the desired profile), the calibration table (solidifying and maintaining exact profile dimensions using water or vacuum calibrators), the hauler (pulling the profile at a controlled rate), and finally the cutting or stacking unit (trimming products to specified lengths and managing finished part handling).
