01 The commission of Ø1600 two pressure levels was completed within just 48 hours after the machine was started.
02 Ø1600*94.1mm with Chinese material, the deviation of thickness was less than 5mm in ERA factory commission;
Ø1600*117.6mm with imported material, the deviation of thickness was less than 10mm in ERA factory commission;
Thickness deviation for both pressure levels is lower than the ISO standard!
03 The inner and outer wall surfaces of the finished pipe are smooth without any sagging, and the wall thickness is uniform and meets the standard!
