Pipe Extrusion Lines Built for
Government Irrigation Tenders
Bulk HDPE, LDPE drip, and PVC irrigation pipe production — engineered in our Shanghai factory, ISO 9001:2015 certified, CE-IEC compliant, and shipped DDP to 35+ countries. Because your per-meter cost has to beat the local market on day one. One supplier. Three pipe types. 75-day lead time.
Built for the four buyers behind every agricultural pipe manufacturer we serve
Choosing the right pipe extrusion line for agricultural manufacturers is the single most consequential CAPEX decision for your plant. Whether you need a micro tube, drip, or mainline HDPE configuration, the line geometry you choose today locks in your per-meter cost for the next decade.
Over the past 11 years, my team and I have shipped pipe extrusion lines to four distinct types of agricultural pipe manufacturers. Because each of them faces a different buying decision. If you recognize your operation in any of the four cards below, this page will save you at least one factory visit.
Irrigation System Manufacturers
You build the full drip or sprinkler system. The pipe is the highest-cost line item you buy outside pumps and valves — so you want to make it, not source it.
Ag Cooperative Pipe Factories
Owned by a farming cooperative. You serve member growers at cost-plus pricing. Tender specs usually set by the cooperative's central procurement office.
Government Water Project Suppliers
You fulfill national irrigation scheme contracts — often World Bank, AfDB, or ADB funded. Certification and audit history matter more than unit price.
Large Farm-Built Pipe Workshops
Vertically integrated farm groups producing pipe for their own estates. You focus on throughput reliability and operating cost, not on retail branding.
Three pipe types from one supplier
We are one of the few China factories that ships all three agricultural pipe lines under a single engineering team, single warranty, and single commissioning crew. Because running three suppliers for three pipe types is a quality and logistics headache you do not need.

Built for the climate that kills ordinary lines
Agricultural pipe lines run in 45°C heat, 95% humidity, dust, and unstable power. Standard European factory skids corrode within 18 months in these conditions. Because we have shipped 200+ lines into these environments, we engineer out the failure modes before the line leaves our workshop.
Tropical engineering is one of three reasons the full agricultural PVC pipe manufacturing plant cost for a JURRY-sourced plant runs lower over a 5-year horizon, even when our headline pipe extrusion line for agricultural manufacturers price is not the lowest on the table.
- ✓ Galvanized steel frames, not painted mild steel
- ✓ Stainless-steel 304 calibration and cooling tanks
- ✓ Dehumidified electrical cabinets (IP54)
- ✓ Voltage stabilizer for unstable grids (380V ±20%)
- ✓ Operating range 0–45°C, humidity 10–95%
- ✓ Tropical-rated spare parts kit (seals, belts, filters)

Six steps from RFQ to commissioning
Every agricultural pipe line follows the same six-step process. Because we have learned the hard way that buyers who skip steps end up with delayed commissions and broken pipes in the field.
What other agricultural pipe manufacturers achieved
Three real buyers. Three real configurations. Three real outcomes. Because case studies without numbers are not evidence — they are marketing.
We needed 1,200 dozen custom-equivalent HDPE pipes for a World Bank irrigation scheme. The line hit FAT on day 18, shipped DDP to Alexandria, and the JURRY engineer spent 6 weeks on site commissioning. Per-meter cost landed 14% below our nearest competitor.
Our ag cooperative needed both LDPE drip and HDPE main on one line. JURRY engineered a single-screw setup with PLC recipe memory that switches between LDPE and HDPE in under 4 hours. We now serve 18,000 hectares of rice and vegetables.
PVC line shipped to Mombasa in 28 days. SONCAP clearance handled before the line arrived. Our 4,000 farmer cooperatives now have a year-round pipe supply that local suppliers could not match on price or lead time.
Eight spec check items before you ask for a quote
Each item below changes the line configuration, the price, or both. Because buyers who skip these answers get generic quotes that do not fit their tender.
What agricultural pipe manufacturers ask before ordering
Seven real questions from real buyers in the past 18 months.
QWhat is the typical lead time from PO to commissioning?
Standard lead time is 75 to 110 days from PO to on-site commissioning. This includes engineering freeze (10 days), manufacturing (50–70 days), pre-shipment FAT (5 days), ocean freight (20–30 days), and on-site commissioning (10–15 days). Express slots can be arranged for 45–60 day delivery on most HDPE and PVC lines.
QCan one line produce both LDPE drip and HDPE main pipes?
Yes. Our single-screw extruder accepts both LDPE and HDPE with recipe presets stored in the PLC. The die head swap takes under 4 hours with our modular quick-change system. Most manufacturers in our network run LDPE drip and HDPE main on the same line to serve both government tender work and farmer direct sales. See our drip irrigation guide for details.
QDo you offer installation and training in Africa or Southeast Asia?
Yes. We send a JURRY commissioning engineer for on-site installation, calibration, and operator training. Typical duration is 3 to 6 weeks depending on line complexity. We have shipped and commissioned lines in Egypt, Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
QWhat certifications do your lines carry for government tenders?
All JURRY agricultural pipe lines carry ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification and EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (CE marking). Electrical systems conform to IEC 60204-1. For African tender projects we support SONCAP (Nigeria), PVOC (Kenya), and PVoC (Tanzania) conformity programs. Factory audit reports from BV, SGS, and TÜV can be furnished on request.
QWhat is the drip irrigation pipe machine price range?
Our agricultural pipe extrusion lines are engineered and built to order — there is no off-the-shelf MOQ in the traditional sense. Indicative drip irrigation pipe machine price ranges start from 80,000 USD for a basic PVC irrigation line, 150,000 USD for an LDPE drip line, and 280,000 USD for a full HDPE water pipe extrusion line package. Most buyers order the integrated HDPE plus LDPE plus PVC bundle in the 350,000 to 500,000 USD range. For full agricultural PVC pipe manufacturing plant cost breakdowns including civil works, request our CAPEX worksheet.
QHow do you handle after-sales support and spare parts?
Every line ships with a 12-month commissioning warranty. After commissioning, we provide 24/7 remote support via WhatsApp, WeChat, and email. A spare parts kit is included in the shipment (sensors, heaters, cutting blades, belts, seals). For parts beyond the kit, our Shanghai warehouse ships most common wear parts within 72 hours via DHL or FedEx. We also maintain a 24-month retained pre-production sample policy for reorders.
QCan I visit your factory before placing the order?
Yes. We welcome factory visits at our Shanghai workshop Monday through Saturday. We can arrange hotel pickup from Pudong International Airport. For buyers who cannot travel in person, we offer a remote FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) over video where we run the line at full output, take measurements, and stream live to your engineering team. Most serious buyers combine a 2-day factory visit with a line FAT before final PO. Browse recent customer shipments on our news page.
How JURRY compares as an irrigation pipe production line supplier
If you are comparing pipe extrusion line for agricultural manufacturers from China, Turkey, or India, here is what we hear from buyers who switched to JURRY after testing two or three competitors. Because the cheapest quote is rarely the line that pays back in year two.
Why the pipe extrusion line for agricultural manufacturers spec matters more than the price
Three things determine payback on a pipe extrusion line for agricultural manufacturers: screw design matching your resin (LDPE, HDPE, or PVC), downstream sizing matching your tender diameter range, and electrical configuration matching your local grid. JURRY specs all three against your tender document before quoting — most competitors quote against a generic brochure.
Reading the drip irrigation pipe machine price spread between suppliers
A $150,000 quote and a $90,000 quote for the same drip irrigation pipe machine price are not the same line. The cheaper quote usually omits the dripper insertion station, the PLC recipe memory, or the inline QC camera. Buyers who compare drip irrigation pipe machine price line-by-line (extruder, die head, vacuum tank, haul-off, cutter, winder, controls) find the JURRY line lands within 5% of the lowest quote once scope is normalized.
Why the HDPE water pipe extrusion line is our most-exported configuration
Government irrigation schemes and ag cooperatives standardize on HDPE for main and sub-main conveyance because of its 50-year service life and butt-fusion weldability. JURRY has shipped more HDPE water pipe extrusion line packages than any other configuration — the line is engineered around the same screw geometry, vacuum sizing, and downstream haul-off that has been FAT-tested on more than 80 prior shipments.
What the agricultural PVC pipe manufacturing plant cost actually includes
Full agricultural PVC pipe manufacturing plant cost = extrusion line + resin handling + cooling + cutting + belling + QC + workshop + utilities + commissioning + first-batch inventory. Most buyers we talk to under-budget the resin handling and belling stations. JURRY ships a complete CAPEX worksheet with every quote so the plant cost is visible before PO.
Where the micro irrigation tube production line fits in your portfolio
A micro irrigation tube production line is the smaller-diameter cousin of the LDPE drip line — typically 6–20 mm flat tubing with emitter spacing from 10 to 30 cm. Used for high-value row crops, greenhouse vegetables, and orchard under-tree irrigation. JURRY supplies the micro tube line as either a standalone line or an add-on to an existing LDPE drip line. Most buyers add micro tube capability once their main LDPE line is commissioned and running.
How an irrigation pipe production line supplier should support you post-PO
A serious irrigation pipe production line supplier commits to FAT before shipment, on-site commissioning within the quoted window, 24/7 remote support via WhatsApp/WeChat, and a 72-hour spare parts SLA from Shanghai. JURRY meets all four; suppliers that miss any of those four are the ones whose lines sit idle for three weeks waiting on a $40 sensor.
